<Cancellation>

The reservation deposit is NOT refundable, but if you stay with us it will be added to your payment.

There is NO charge to the total amount of your stay (except reservation deposit) if you notify us of cancellations 10 days in advance.

Cancellations
less than 9 days but more than 7 days are subject to a charge of 50% to the reserved amount of payment
less than 6 days but more than 4 days are subject to a charge of 75% to the reserved amount of payment
less than 3 days†but more than 2 days are subject to a charge of 85% to the reserved amount of payment
less than 2 days†but more than 1 day are subject to a charge of 90% to the reserved amount of payment
your arrival date or departure date is subject to a chage of 100% to the reserved amount of payment

We will hold the room for you but even if you sent your credit card number for the reservation deposit, we only accept cash or bank payment, total (30,000 yen), for the refundable deposit when you arrive.
We don't charge it to your credit card unless you change your mind to stay with us.

If you wire the reservation deposit (10,000 yen) to our bank account or send $100 traveler's check to us, it will be added to the refundable deposit. So when you come here, we would like to ask you the accommodation fee plus the rest of (20,000 yen) for the refundable deposit.

If you have trouble or break anything belong to us after you leave, we will charge it to your credit card.
For your accommodation payment after you arrive in Japan, we ask you to pay it to our bank in advance and take the receipt with you when you come to our house.

If it is possible at Narita airport, please exchange the money.
Sometimes it is hard to exchange the money into Yen at a local bank.
