Utilities: If the monthly utilities bill exceed over 4,000 JPY per person, you have to pay for the utilities.
If you share the private room with your partner,10,000 JPY per extra person (up to 3 people) added.

* Share 4P 2F means "4 people share the room on the 2nd floor".
