Notice:
Utilities: If the monthly utilities bill exceed over 4,000 JPY per person, you have to pay for the utilities.
If you share the private room with your partner, 10,000 JPY per extra person (up to 3 people) added.
(Example: 2 people shared, total amount 67,000 JPY/Month at Private 1F.)
* Share 2P means you share the room with other person (not with your partner, friend, etc).
* Share 4P 1F means "4 people share the room on the 1st floor".
* Share (3P) Tent is a tent in the wood deck patio on the 3rd floor roof top.
You could use the air bed, the shower, kitchen, internet, TV, VCR, patio, iron, hair dryer and rental bikes. Free coffee and tea.
* CC deposit---Credit card number is needed for a deposit.
(After you leave if there is trouble with the facilities or you forget the key back to us, we charge it to your credit card)
* Student rate will be applied to under 18 years old students who has the valid ID.
* Less than a week stay, we charge extra 2,000 JPY to the total amount of the rate.
